Refund Policy

At Autoluxe, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days from the original purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Unfortunately, requests made after 30 calendar days from the date of purchase are not eligible for a refund.

To qualify, returned items must be handed to the courier or received by our warehouse within the 30-day return period. Returns submitted outside this timeframe cannot be accepted.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item is defective or faulty
  • The item remains unused
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • The item is not damaged due to misuse or improper handling

All returned products are inspected upon arrival. If the returned item does not meet our return requirements, the refund request may be declined.

Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase is required to process any refund request. This may include:

  • Order confirmation
  • Purchase receipt
  • Invoice or transaction record

If proof of purchase cannot be provided, we may offer store credit at our discretion instead of a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged through misuse or improper installation

Please note that Autoluxe is not responsible for customer errors made during checkout, including:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Incorrect vehicle details
  • Incorrect contact information

Returns due to change of mind or incorrect purchases are not eligible for free return shipping. In these cases, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Shipping Process

Before returning any item, you must first contact our support team to begin the return process.

If approved:

  • A return shipping label may be provided where applicable
  • The item must be securely packaged to avoid transit damage
  • Return instructions and shipping details will be sent via email

Products returned damaged, heavily used, or incomplete may not qualify for a refund.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, our team will notify you regarding the outcome of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.
