We stand behind the quality of every product we produce and are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Our Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If your product experiences an issue caused by a manufacturing fault, we may, at our discretion:

• Repair the product
• Replace the product
• Provide an appropriate solution based on the claim assessment

Examples of covered issues may include:

• Manufacturing defects identified upon delivery
• Incorrect fitment due to production error
• Faults in stitching, materials, or construction

All warranty claims are reviewed individually and assessed on a case-by-case basis.

This warranty applies only to:

• The original purchaser
• The original product purchased
• The original vehicle the product was designed for

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Please note that the warranty is non-transferable.

While Autoluxe products are designed for durability and everyday use, the warranty does not cover damage resulting from external factors, misuse, or normal aging.

The warranty does not cover:

• Improper installation or misuse
• Product modifications or alterations
• Damage caused by harsh treatment or abrasive conditions
• Improper cleaning methods or chemical exposure
• Vehicle accidents or negligence
• Damage caused by pets or sharp objects
• Fire, flooding, natural disasters, or other external events
• Normal wear and tear over time

Natural fading, material softening, and slight colour variations that may occur with age and use are also not considered manufacturing defects.
